Policies

 

Ordering:

Within the next 24 hours after you placed your order, we will reply you via email about the availability of your order and the delivery date. To ensure you will receive your item at least 2 weeks before your prom/party/occasion, please make sure you include your "wear date" in your order.  Your credit card will only be authorize & hold for the amount & will not be charged until your confirmation about accepting the delivery date.

For items that are available to ship, we'll ship them out within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation of your order and verification of your payment information. Daily shipment cut off time is 3:00 pm PST. We will e-mail you a notice when we have processed your payment, and e-mail you another notice regarding the shipping information once the package is shipped.

Shipping:

All Domestic & International orders are shipped by USPS or FedEx. Domestic transit time varies from 1-7 business days. Should you require special shipping accommodations, please contact us and we would be glad to assist you.

Payment:

We accepts all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, PayPal & Google Checkout.  We do not currently accept payment by personal check or COD.

*California residents add 8.75% Sales Tax

Return & Exchange:

All Sale and Special Orders items are FINAL sales; merchandise is NOT returnable or exchangeable.

Other merchandise may be returned or exchanged. There is a restocking fee on all returns. Exchanges of equal value do not incur a restocking fee. Our restocking fee on returns is 25% of the value of the merchandise, with a minimum restocking fee of $15.00. Pre-approval of all returns and exchanges is required. Basic RMA guidelines:

  • Merchandise must be unused, undamaged, and in salable condition.  It is the sole discretion of Prom Pageantry to determine if returned goods are in salable condition.  Merchandise that is returned in non-salable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • All return requests must be received within 3 business days from receipt of shipment.
  • All returns must be freight/postage prepaid & postmarked within 3 business days of receiving return authorization and must be returned in the original packaging.
  • A copy of the invoice or packing slip must accompany the return.  
  • If you request to exchange a dress, the second dress is NOT returnable or exchangeable.

Prom Pageantry does not accept authorization requests after 3 business days from receipt of shipment and does not accept goods postmarked after 3 business days from return approval, unless prior arrangements have been made. All unauthorized returns will NOT be processed. We reserve the rights to refuse / reject any return that does not meet our RMA guidelines. Postage, Shipping & Handling charges & Sales Tax are NOT reimbursable.
